# I made a payment but have not received it yet!

> Settlement times: PIX within 5 minutes and boleto within 24 hours. If the deadline has passed, contact support.

**PIX payments:** usually settled automatically within 5 minutes.

**Boleto payments:** may take up to 24 hours to be processed.
