# Payment Receipt

> How to access and download your payment receipt on the platform using the same Web3 wallet used for the payment.

## How do I access my payment receipt?

The receipt must be accessed directly by you, the customer, through our platform.

1. Access the platform and connect the **same Web3 wallet** used at the time of payment.
2. Go to the **"Payments"** section and check the history of completed transactions.
3. Click the desired payment to view and download the receipt.

If you cannot find the receipt or it is not working correctly, contact our support. To help you, we will need you to **prove that the wallet used belongs to you**. After this verification, our team will be authorized to issue and send the receipt to you.
